This prototype groups them semantically: Voice & Brand, Channels & Publishing, Engine & Signals, Reports & Approvals, Audit & Operations. One surface (Cadence) is rebuilt inline to prove the texture; the rest link back to legacy until they're rebuilt one at a time.
